FINDING OUR LOCATION
Casa Verde Designs is located at 912 Fifth Street. in Downtown Davis, just east of
the railroad tracks at G Street. We are part of the new Fifth Street Crossing complex,
in a renovated warehouse that once belonged to our landlords, Davis Ace Hardware.
An alley runs next to our building, connecting Fourth Street. If you are coming from
the east, we suggest that you take the Mace Blvd exit off I-80 to Second Street,
Second to L Street and L Street to either Fourth Street or Fifth Street. If you are
coming from the West or North, we suggest that you take Hwy 113 to the
Russell Blvd exit. Travel east on Russell, which turns into Fifth Street Downtown.
Our site is also easily accessible from the Downtown Davis exit off I-80.
SHOWROOM HOURS
We appreciate your patronage and look forward to helping you with your home or small
business improvement projects. We strive to give each customer personal attention and
thoughtful advice. Unlike many retail home improvement centers, we focus on your vision
and your project, not only simply on selling you materials (although we are happy to
do that as well!). In the past, if we have been able to source specific products for
customers that were not in our usual product lines.
We encourage guests to drop by during our open showroom hours. As a small, family-run
business, we occasionally do need to change or extend our store hours, or to close the
store briefly during one of our regularly scheduled hours due to special events or job
site visits that cannot be scheduled at other times. We are usually closed for a few
days around major holidays. We urge you to call ahead, especially if you will traveling
from any distance away to visit us. Because our hours are subject to change seasonally,
we encourage you to call the showroom phone (530-757-6325) and check our hours before your visit.
Summer hours are usually M-F 9-2:30. During the rest of the year we are usually open T-F from 11-4.
If you have a specific product or project that you would like to discuss, or if you
just cannot make our regular store hours, the showroom is open by appointment at no
charge on evenings and weekends. Please call the showroom to schedule your visit.
As a full-service design business, we can also schedule on-site appointments. Like
all designers, we do charge a fee for these on-site consultations, but we can often
rebate those charges if you make a showroom purchase or contract for additional
